112 - It makes very loud noises and does lots more. You big fire truck toy is so much fun especially when your mommy Belle plays with it with you. After a long play she feels your diaper and it is very wet so it needs to be changed. She lifts your bot bot and slides the change mat under you then lays out the baby wipes, powder and a clean diaper. She undoes your wet dipe. It is soaked. Then she takes a wet wipe and cleans your wee wee very thoroughly, all in and around the tip and foreskin and down the shaft to your little balls. Then she rubs some diaper rash cream on a sore part of your bottom and sprinkles baby powder over your private parts and bot bot then rubs the powder in all over so you will not get more diaper rash. Next a lovely clean, fresh cloth diaper and plastic pants. All done. Now a big hug and back to play time.

02 - Emily-Jane and Courtney are to hyper active little adult baby girls so when their mommy is out of the room she has to lift them into the playpen to stop them getting up to all sorts of mischief.

41 - Pt 2. Morning again and after a little play Shelly has wet her cloth diaper big time. She is getting to be a big girl and can do some things by herself now. 130 - Melanie has been given some choc custard for a snack. And a bib to put on. She tied on the bib OK but eating the chocolate neatly was real challenge so she just gave up, put her fingers in it and got it everywhere.

50 - Peaches is quite content in our nursery right now. She has on a very thick, dry cloth diaper and plastic pants.

05 - Pt 2. Mommy Wendy came into the nursery to check on little Shine. Fist she noticed that all too familiar smell, Shine had wet her cloth diaper.. a lot and was getting uncomfortable. Time for a brand new disposable.

114 - YOU wake one morning in your cot and your loving mommy Belle has walked in to check on you. First she lifts you out of the cot then give you your first breast feed for the day. When you have a very full tummy and have settled she checks your diaper. Of course it is saturated form being on overnight. She fetches a change mat, lays you on the floor and takes off the soggy dipe before wiping you clean very thoroughly and then rubbing baby powder and putting a fresh, clean diaper on you ready to start the day.

06 - Now it is Vivian's turn to put on her footed pajamas. But cheeky little Emily-Jane tries to crawl off with them.

03- More of pretty, slim, and petite adult baby Ashley. She is wearing a super thick cloth diaper and happily drinking milk from her baby bottle. She just loves the sound of the air bubbles when she stops sucking on the teat.

06 - A lovely day outside and AB Clara is throwing her brightly coloured ball to her mommy. Mommy gently throws it back but Clara has all sorts of trouble trying to catch it.

117 - Final episode. Belle woke and to her surprise she wet herself during the night. Oh no! What to do now? But then mysteriously a diaper, wipes, powder and pacifier appeared beside her bed. Now that she is diapered and almost completely in baby clothes and acting very babyish, toys magically appear in her room too. She cannot wait to play with them . Is she really just one year old now?

05 - Pretty, slim, small boobed and petite Ashley makes a great adult baby. We have only just met her and it is obvious she adores being and adult baby and loves to wear diapers 24/7. She spent her first afternoon here in the nursery very happy inside our playpen.

06 - Of all our adult baby girls, Jasmine would have to be one of the messiest when it comes to food. She just gives up using a spoon so it is fingers only. And she gets food EVERWHERE. What a mess for her mommy to clean up.

Her mommy Veronicahas popped her in the tub with nice warm water and bubble. She washes her all over and then dries her thoroughly ready for a fresh diaper and clean clothes.

29 - Your tumbly is grumbly and you have a wet diaper. Your very own loving mommy Wendy is here to take care of you. She cuddles you close and undoes her maternity bra exposing her big milk filled breasts to give you a big feed. First you empty one boobie then you suck on the other. Once you are full and happier Wendy checks your cloth diaper and feels it is saturated. She lays you on a change mat, takes off your diaper then wipes your wee wee very clean, very thoroughly then rubs baby powder all around your private parts. Then, on with a Bambino Classico disposable diaper ready for some more playtime with your mommy.

08 - Mommy Veronica really has to keep an eye on her adult baby girl Clara. She wants to keep her on rug outside but Clara keeps crawling away to investigate much more interesting things than her toys. Eventually she guides her back onto the rug to give her a much needed breast feed. After all, adventurous girls are active girls and need their milk.

01 - Pamela has been dribbling down her top and it needs to be changed. It is also getting a little cooler so after removing Pamela's top she buttons her into a nice clean onesie. Pamela has a super thick cloth diaper and plastic pants.

124 - Melanie still has to wear disposable diapers even though she is at school . Her mommy has taught her how to change herself if she can’t last through the day. Just like today.

27 - Mommy Wendy is caring for you in her always loving way. You get a little irritable and she knows it is time for your bottle. She brings in a bottle full of nice warm milk and holds it while you drink it down. You like to see the bubbles flow back into the bottle when you stop sucking. Then she checks your diaper and of course it is very wet. She places a change mat under you, lays you down and gets out the wipes, powder and a clean diaper. She takes of the wet dipe then thoroughly wipes your wee wee clean. It feels sort of nice having it touched. Then she sprinkles on lots of powder and rubs it in. That feels nice too. Then on with your new diaper, does up your onesie snappers and you are ready for a big day in your nursery.

02 - Happy adult baby girls Tara and Pamela are having heaps of fun in their nursery. Tara has a thick cloth diaper and bright blue plastic pants whilst Pamela has Bambino Classico disposables. They are drinking nutritious juice from their baby bottles

04 - So adorable. Sweet little Emily Jane on a soft lambs wool rug in just a thick cloth diaper, plastic pants, bonnet and booties.

31 - Clara is cheeky and adorable. We all just love her. This morning she is well padded in a double layer cloth diaper and plastic pants.

02 - A really nice warm and sunny day outdoors and mommy Veronica has taken Rhianna outside to play. After a little while Rhianna's tummy was grumbly and her ever aware mommy Veronica realised she needed to be breast fed. She cuddled Rhianna in close, undid her maternity and moved her nipples towards Rhianna's already open mouth. Rhianna soon emptied one breast then moved on ton the other. When she was full a big burp was needed before she dozed off cradled in her mommy's arms. Rhianna has on a triple layer Teddy Bambinos disposable diaper.

04 - Pt 2. New adult baby Courtney needs to be made ready for her nap. Mommy Wendy takes off her pretty matching top and diaper cover then lets her crawl around a little with the freedom of no clothes. Courtney loves being a little rudey. But time is up and Wendy dresses her in a pretty onesie, Courtney is wearing a very thick, snug, cloth diaper

03 - Pt 2. Peaches wet her diaper big time. Mommy Veronica checked out her diaper and felt it very much needed changing. She lay Courtney on the change mat, took off her plastic pants and wet cloth diaper. She has wiped her private parts clean with moist baby wipes now she sprinkles powder over her sensitive areas, pats it and puts a lovely clean and fresh disposable diaper on precious Peaches.

20 - Even though Adrienne is old enough to go to school she still has "accidents" so her mommy diapers her every morning. Today she has on triple layer Bambino Classico disposables. It is a little embarrassing but she knows wetting her panties is a lot worse. She is drawing on her blackboard today.

19 - Pt 2. Baby Ben has wet his diaper big time and his mommy Sally has come in to change him. But he is such a wriggler. He keeps trying to crawl off the change mat making life very difficult for his patient and loving mommy.

22 - Attractive DL friends Pamela and Belle are enjoying a hot, bubbly spa. Of course they leave their cloth diapers on the whole time. When they stand up there is a huge flow of water from their diaper splashing into the spa between their legs.
